Paper submissions

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished papers which fall into one of the following three categories: (1) Research, (2) Applications/Experience, and (3) Industrial. We also solicit short demo descriptions of prototype systems.

Papers must be at most 15 double-spaced pages (8 for demo proposals) with at least 11-pt font and 1 inch margins (about 5000 words). All submissions will be handled electronically. Authors are required to register their papers first. They will then receive a URL through email for uploading their PDF(preferred) or PS files of papers. If there are any problems, please contact the workshop organizer.

Accepted papers will be published in the NPC'04 conference proceedings by Springer-Verlag. A camera-ready copy paper will be in LNCS format and no more than eight pages. The instructions for camera-ready papers as well as the registration and copyright information are available at the NPC'04 site. Note: We suggest that you indicate "NPC2004-BISON" clearly in all email and fax correspondence (camera-ready papers, registration forms, bank transfer forms, and copyright forms) with the NPC'04 PC Co-chair and Proceedings editor Dr. Hai Jin (email: hjin@mail.hust.edu.cn, fax: 86 27 8755 7354).
