Mr. YANG is a PhD student and member of Human Language Technology Center at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
He received a M.Phil degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2002 and B.Eng degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1999. He was a member of Machine Intelligence & Translation Laboratory (MI&TLAB) in Harbin Institue of Technology during 1997 to 1999.
He started his HAM life in 1996 when he joined HIT Amateur Radio Club. His personal callsigns are BG2DU(China) and VR2UDU(Hong Kong). He is a member of Hong Kong Amateur Radio Transmitting Society.
