System objectives

    To develop a real time visual feedback system for training professional voice users, especially teachers, to become more effective and efficient voice users. This software will work on any common PC system such as those already installed in Hong Kong schools.

Download

  1. Click HERE to download. (File size of about 10 MB)
  2. Double click the execution file ( .exe) to start the installation.
  3. This installer comes with Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime and DirectX 9.0. And you are suggested to install them all.
  4. When installation is completed, RV's shortcuts will be created at desktop and at the startup menu.
  5. To uninstall RV, open the RV folder from where you have installed the system and double click the "unins000.exe".


Notes

  1. RV has been tested on the following operating systems (both English and Chinese platforms):
    Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000, and Windows 98.
    For best performance, Windows XP is recommended.
  2. The minimum system requirements for installing RV are:
    1) 256MB of RAM;
    2) 20MB of available hard-disk space for online installation; 56MB for redistributed installation (in CD format);
    3) DirectX version 9.0 or above.
  3. For best display quality, use 1024 x 768 resolution.
    Adjust setting in Control panel -> Display -> Settings -> Screen resolution.
