Research Interests

Currently I am leaning more towards wired networks and in particular efficient communications in the Internet with special focus on Congestion Control, Data-centric Networks and Energy efficiency from the protocol design and analysis points of view as well as the performance evaluation perspective

I also continue to work on communication efficiency in Wireless and Mobile Networks with particular focus in recent years on IEEE802.11-based Wireless LANs (for obvious reasons)

I worked in the recent past and still continue to work albeit lesser on Mesh, Ad-Hoc and Sensor Networks from the energy efficiency perspective.
