1992 :  Orthodox professing Christians of the Theotokos Orthodox Church led by  Fr. Vincentius and four nuns were received by Metropolitan Dionysius of the Orthodox Archdiocese of New Zealand, assisted by Bishop Sotirios of Zelon.

1993:  Petition filed by “Orthodox-professing members” of the “Congregation of Holy Cross Missionaries” to His Eminence Metropolitan Dionysius through Rev. Fr. Vincentius.

January 19, 1994 :  Metropolitan Dionysius, assisted by Bishop Sotirios, received by Holy Chrismation several members of the Congregation of Holy Cross Missionaries led by Roberto V. Castro in Makati City.

Aug. 28, 1994 :  The Very Rev. Fr. Dimitrios Couchell, Executive Director of the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC, USA), officiated the Divine Liturgy at the St. George Orthodox Memorial Chapel, Makati City.

April 2, 1995:   Ordination of Roberto V. Castro to the sacred priesthood as REV. FATHER PHILEMON by His Eminence Metropolitan Dionysius of the Orthodox Archdiocese of New Zealand at the St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, Seoul, Korea.

April 9, 1995: Fr. Philemon and Milton Adamson, president of Hellenic Orthodox Foundation Inc., presented the proposed Annunciation Orthodox Church project to His All Holiness Patriarch Bartholomew  at the St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, Seoul, Korea.

April 30, 1995 :  Fr. Christophoulos concelebrated with Fr. Philemon the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom at the St. George Orthodox Memorial Chapel, Makati City.

October 25, 1995:  His Grace Bishop Sotirios of Seoul (Korea), assistant to His Eminence Metropolitan Dionysios of New Zealand, conducted the Blessing of Cornerstone of the Annunciation Orthodox Church, Paranaque ; visited the Orthodox communities of the St. Nicholas Orthodox Chapel, St. Ignatius Orthodox Mission, and the Holy Cross Orthodox Church.
 
October 26, 1995:  His Grace Bishop Sotirios officiated the Divine Liturgy, assisted by Fr. Philemon, at the Greek Consular Residence in Makati City.

February 16, 1996 : Fr. Philemon led the Opening Prayer and Divine Liturgy (Triodion) at the Annunciation Orthodox Church, United Paranaque 5 Subdivision, San Isidro, Paranaque,  Metro Manila.

December  7, 1996:  Ordination of Rev. Fr. Tarasios Velasquez to the sacred priesthood by Bishop Ephtimios of Achelos with the blessing of Metropolitan Dionysios of New Zealand at the St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral in Seoul, Korea.

January 12, 1997:  Enthronment of His Eminence Nikitas Lulias as the first Metropolitan of the Orthodox Metropolitanate of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia  and Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the Philippines; ceremony was held in Hong Kong with Fr. Philemon representing the Philippine Exarchate.

January 30, 1997 :  The first archepiscopal visit to Manila of His Eminence Metropolitan Nikitas  for the establishment/registration of the Exarchate of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the Philippines, Inc.

March 28-31, 1997 :  Archepiscopal visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Nikitas in St. Nicholas Orthodox Chapel, Holy Cross Orthodox Church, Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, and the Annunciation Orthodox Church where the hierarchical Liturgy was officiated.

June 6-11, 1997:  Pastoral visit of Rev. Fr. Daniel Christopoulos at St. Nicholas Chapel, Annunciation Orthodox Church, Holy Trinity Orthodox Church.

July 25-28, 1997: Pastoral visit of Rev. Fr. Paul Kaplanis at Annunciation Orthodox Church, Holy Cross Orthodox Church, and Holy Trinity Orthodox Church.

October 1-6, 1997:  Pastoral visit of Rev. Fr. Anastasios Garaboa at St. Nicholas Orthodox Chapel, Holy Cross Orthodox Church and Annunciation Orthodox Church.

November 27, 1997: The first  Chrismation (11 members) held at the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church by Fr. Tarasios and Fr. Philemon

February 19, 1998 : Arrival of imported  religious items from Greece for exclusive use at the Annunciation Orthodox Church: complete iconostasis, special icons, candelabra, bishop’s throne, psaltist stand, candle box, church bell, epitaph, icon stands- solicited from various sponsors through the Patriarchate Foundation .

March 19-23, 1998 : 2nd Archepiscopal Visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Nikitas on the 1st Anniversary of the Annunciation Orthodox Church, Holy Trinity Orthodox Church..

March 27-30, 1998 : Pastoral visit of Rev. Fr. Anastasios Garaboa and meeting with Fr. Philemon and Fr. Tarasios for Holy Week preparations.
